- In a same blender jar put cornflour milk mixture, condensed milk, cream,vanilla extract and mango puree, mango sharbat blend until the smooth texture puree..
- I have made this icecream both with sugar as well as condensed milk both ways the icecream taste good..
- Now pour the icecream mixture in a freezer proof container or box,cover the container tightly with a lid..
- Keep the icecream in a freezer for a few hours till it half set..
- Remove and add the icecream to a blender jar and blend again till smooth and you see the volume increasing then pour in the same container and wrapped with clinging wrap then close the lid and freeze till set..
- Repeat the process for the atleast 3 time for perfect creamy texture..
- Once set,then serve the mango icecream scoops..
